Big Slick Tattoo Supply - Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL from China with tracking, this usually takes 4-7 working days to your tattoo shop or house.

Most of our inks are imported from the USA and are sent to you locally, either using Fastway door to door couriers (only to major centres) or you can collect them from your nearest post office. (3-5 working days) WE DO NOT SELL COUNTERFEIT CHINESE INKS.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects such as tattoo inks, power supplies, machines etc.

Boxes are amply sized and your tattoo equipment is well-protected.

The Customer will be responsible for paying any customs, penalties or tax duties, should there be any. We will try our best to resolve any issues on your behalf.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, please contact us regarding your order so we can authorize a return request, if your request is successful, we will either exchange the item, repair the item or supply a refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to our counterparts in China, the shipping fees back to you, we will handle.
